The Imperial, Eastbourne – We will be back!

We have just returned from a five night stay at The Imperial and felt compelled to write following a really enjoyable visit. The staff, headed by Carl, could not have been better, nothing was too much trouble, the restaurant staff were efficient, courteous and eager to please. Our room was comfortable and very warm; the young man responsible for our room service was extremely thorough and very respectful when we met him. Carl, the manager went out of his way to ensure we were totally happy with our stay and was eager to know if any elements of our stay could be improved upon. We could not fault the food, the selection was second to none and the waitress service excellent – 5*. We will look forward to staying at The Imperial again and will strongly recommended this establishment to family and friends.
