My wife and I have just returned from the Ocean View Hotel

My wife and I have just returned from the Ocean View Hotel, Shanklin. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were attentive and very helpful. As a retired police traffic officer I would like to commend our driver, John. From the moment he picked us up at Lymm on Wednesday to Sunday afternoon when we transferred to our return shuttle near Birmingham on Sunday he never put a wheel wrong. He gave us a smooth, safe and relaxing ride every inch of the way. His vast knowledge of the area we visited was imparted in a manner which was professional without being condecending. The service he provided was excellent and he is a credit to your company and I would be pleased if you would pass my comments on to him.
